After submitting your official transcript, you can easily check whether iteach has received it by reviewing your iteach portal homepage. Because transcript reviews happen behind the scenes, it’s important to know exactly where to look and what each status indicator means.
Where to Check Your Transcript Status
Log in to your iteach portal and go to your home page.
In the Applied section of your checklist, look for the requirement labeled:
Upload Official Undergrad Transcript
When a checkmark appears next to Upload Official Undergrad Transcript, this indicates that:
A transcript file has been successfully uploaded to your account
The admissions team has access to your document for review
Please note: a checkmark confirms receipt of a file, not final approval.
What a Blue “Note” Means
If the transcript you submitted is unofficial, or if the admissions team needs additional information, a blue “Note” box will appear next to the transcript requirement in your Applied checklist.

You will not receive an email notification when a note is added
